Legal Secretary - Commercial Law Section

Unique and rewarding opportunity for a senior legal secretary to join a well respected Brisbane law firm, focusing on commercial law work. 

Your duties will involve assisting with:

• billing and general accounts
• screening telephone calls
• coordinating travel arrangements
• dictaphone typing
• amending documents
• preparation of correspondence
• diary and email management
• coordinating appointments/ conferences
• file management
• general administrative duties.

Suitable candidates will possess:

• a high degree of initiative

• the ability to work as part of a team
• strong communication skills
• ability to liaise confidently with people at all levels
• maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external clients

You will have 1 to 2 years experience in a legal environment as a Personal Assistant or Legal Secretary. 

Salary $50K - $55K (plus super) dependent on experience.

A resourceful self starter, you will exhibit tenacity, drive and a passion for your profession. 

Litigation Lawyer

Disseminating advice and executing work for clients in a range of industry sectors addressing; Defamation, Insolvency & Restructuring Commercial Disputes, Contract Disputes, Professional Negligence, Banking & Finance, Director’s Liability Issues, Insurance, Contested Estates and Partnership disputes. Technically savvy, you are propelled by successful outcomes. Customer centric, you are focused on engendering sustainable relationships.
