Dan is a partner and team leader in the litigation and dispute resolution court group with over 25 years experience in all forms of litigation and associated disputes.
He is regarded as one of the foremost litigation lawyers in Queensland with a reputation for aggressive and uncompromising representation for his clients. Dan has been involved in many high profile criminal and commercial cases and Appeals.
Dan has a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Queensland, specialising in Evidence, Damages, Equitable Remedies and Court Procedure. He has also presented a number of papers and seminars in various areas associated with litigation and quasi litigation.
He has a broad range of experience representing clients in significant criminal matters, challenges to Wills, Estate Liquidation, contractual and trade practice disputes and interpretation of trusts. More recently Dan has worked in relation to injunctive relief hearings made for and against Creevey Russell Lawyers clients.
His clients include high profile individuals, trustees, companies, developers and Councils.
Dan has been a member of the Queensland Law Society criminal law committee and is an approved mediator.
Dan is happily married with three children and has interests in the rural industry including
horses and cattle. He is presently restoring an old Holden utility with his sons.
