Perry is a partner in our Business and Property Law Section. Perry's knowledge and understanding of small to medium size business enterprises makes him a valuable advisor to any business.

Perry acts for a number of developers of residential and resort developments throughout Queensland and he has developed a strong following as a result of his ability to identify and solve the many issues developers encounter from the planning stage through to the preparation of suitable covenants and the ultimate sale of lots in developments.

Perry's qualifications include a Masters of Law (majoring in commercial law) Barrister of the High Court of Australia and Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Queensland.
